Nothing up front
No deposit, no card on file, no invoice while I’m working on it. I build the site, you look at it, then you decide.

The price doesn’t move
We agree on it before I start and that’s what you pay. I don’t bill by the hour and there’s nothing extra at the end.

It ends up yours
Your domain goes in your name. Once the build is paid for, the site belongs to you, even if you drop the monthly plan later on.

These are made-up businesses, built the way I’d build yours. Open one on your phone and poke at it. The only buttons that don’t do anything are the ones that would ring a made-up phone number.

We talk for ten minutes
Call or text me. I’ll ask what you do, who you want coming through the door, and what the site needs to say. You hear both prices on that call.

I build it
Usually inside a week. Your photos, your hours, your number where people can find it. A real site, not a template with your name dropped into it.

You decide
I send you a link. Look at it, show whoever you trust. If you want it, it goes live under your name. If you don’t, we’re done and you don’t owe me anything.
